The same as the in person class but online. Great for those who don’t live near Derby but still want to join. Or for people who find online more comfortable than face to face. I endeavour to get at least few couples together together so we can still have valuable discussions.

People often like face to face group sessions as they get to meet people and form their own new circle of parent friends. Includes full Antenatal education and Hypnobirthing. So create a new support network and get a full birth and hypnobirthing education at the same time.

4 x 2.5 hour. A class for just you in your own home, or venue of your choice.

Great option if you want a more personalised experience. Still the full Antenatal and Hypnobirthing Course but with just me and your birth team.
